thanks so much for reading! Suggestions?
Guys! If you had a favorite book from your childhood, speak now. We have a growing list of books we want to give out, and maybe your choice will inspire a kid somewhere in America to love reading. My favorite book as a kid was The Secret Garden
What was yours??

Guys check out the awesome map of places we will hopefully be going!
Hi everyone! Thanks and hello to all the new followers that we have.
We only have 18 days left, guys! And we are (sadly) nowhere close to our goal of $9,000. Please help us! Tell your parents, your friends, your teachers, anybody who you think cares about our cause of spreading literacy to the youth of america.
It would really mean the world to us to be able to do this trip and be able to see the smiles on all these kids’ faces. When I was growing up, my wishlist was always books, and we would make weekly trips to the library to check out more books. My mom tells stories of having to bring large tote bags full of books home for us to read. And it still carry that love of reading and education with me today. I would be so happy if I could inspire kids today to love reading like I love it, and to be able to hold a new book in their hands.
We have had such great feedback so far about our trip and our cause, but we need more help. Thank you everyone who has pledged money so far and have supported us through our process with Kickstarter.
Love from Emma and the Road to Literacy Team <3

Hi everyone! I swear I’ll stop bugging you with these once we get our funding. But we really really need your help. Only 18 days left and lots of money to be raised! If you can do anything to help get the word out about this project I would be so thankful. Inbox me or The Road to Literacy blog for any questions you may have. We love you guys!
